Her expertise spans content creation, stakeholder relations, corporate social investment (CSI), project administration, and media liaison, with a strong foundation in public relations and organizational communication.

Professional Experience

Her professional journey began in 2011, when she graduated with a BA in Corporate Communications from the University of Johannesburg. She commenced her career as a Communications Intern at Gauteng Social Development, where she spent a year developing key communication strategies and gaining hands-on experience in press release writing, brochure and newsletter development, media relations, and event coordination.

Building on her early career experience, she pursued further studies and obtained a BA Honours Degree in Organisational Communications from the University of South Africa in 2016. During her academic journey, she worked as a Public Relations Assistant at Cherry Blossom Communications, where she actively participated in diverse community development projects, deepening her understanding of corporate communication within social impact initiatives.

Later in 2016, she joined Mogorosi Communications as a Project Manager, where she was responsible for managing and coordinating industry-specialized conferences, overseeing project administration, media liaison, and marketing various high-profile events. Her ability to bridge communications strategy with event execution made her an invaluable asset in the company's operations.

In 2017, driven by a vision to innovate and lead within the industry, Nondzaliseko co-founded Luba Consulting Engineers And Contractors, a firm specializing in electrical, electronic, mechanical, and fire protection building services, project management, and energy efficiency and optimization. As a co-founder, she leverages her extensive communications background to support business growth and establish strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
